Hello Dmitry,
The confirmation was actually in my email rather than the "eQSL."
However, I made a special eQSL for you, with the details included. It is attached.
The problem with the attached image is caused by a brief burst of local interference that causes the image decode to lose synchronization.
No adjustment of Fldigi can fix this problem. Experiments with your receiver's AGC might help.
